Asiago Cauliflower & Chickpea Veggie Sticks
Preparation
Cook before eating. Thawing unnecessary.
In the frying-pan: cook the frozen Veggie Fries in hot oil (356°F – 180°C) for about 1 minute, turning them occasionally. Place them on kitchen paper before serving to absorb any excess oil.
In a convection oven (pre-heated to 356°F – 180°C): place the frozen product on a baking tray covered with baking paper and cook for 13 minutes, until golden or the desired texture is achieved.
