Rocket Tortilla Wrap Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 mini soft tortilla wrap
  • 2 tbsp of pizza sauce
  • 1 cheese slice
  • Sweet mini peppers thinly sliced
  • Sweetcorn

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°c. Place the tortilla wrap onto a lined baking tray and spread the pizza sauce evenly across leaving a 1 cm edge.
  2. Add mini sweet peppers to create rocket flames.
  3. Using the cheese slice cut a rectangle shape with a mini circle in the middle and top with a mini cheese triangle to create the rocket ship.
  4. With the remaining cheese cut 2 mini stars, to create a starry sky, along with a sprinkle of sweet corn.
  5. Carefully transfer the baking tray into the oven and bake for around 5 –10 minutes or until the cheese is lightly melted and edges are golden. Remove the tortilla pizza from the oven and enjoy!
