Overnight Oats

Ingredients

• 30 g of walnuts finely chopped
• 30 g mixed seeds (such as pumpkin sunflower and linseed)
• 80 g oats
• 60 g dried fruit (such as raisins or apricots)
• 250ml Flora ProActiv Skimmed Milk
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 160 g fresh fruit such as strawberries

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the fresh fruit. Split into two containers.
2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
3. In the morning, remove the oats from the fridge and add fresh fruit of your choice.
4. Loosen with a bit of extra milk or low-fat plain yoghurt if desired and enjoy.
