Ingredients

  • 3cl Vecchio Amaro Del Capo 
  • 3cl Isle of Harris Gin
  • 3cl Red Vermouth
  • Dash of Bitter
  • Twist of Pink Grapefruit

Method

  1. Pour Amaro Del Capo into an old fashioned glass full of ice and add the other ingredients.
  2. Mix everything well and top with a pink grapefruit twist.
