Moroccan Couscous Cakes
Ingredients
- 3Â cups Tipiak Flavoured Couscous
- 3Â Le Naturelle Eggs
- 2 green onions chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ small red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoon flour
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2Â tablespoons Olitalia Olive Oil
Method

In a bowl mix together all the ingredients, excluding the oil.
- Scoop out the mixture and compress into medium sized cakes.
- Place the cakes in a pre-heated skillet with some oil.
- Fry the cakes for 2 minutes and gently press down with a spatula. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Remove from pan to rest on paper towel and season with salt.
- Serve with slices of fresh lemon.
