Miltona Mini Bowties with Ravjul Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon tomato pasta
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 table spoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
Method
- Slice the garlic thinly and cook in the olive oil for a few minutes until soft.
- Slowly add the tomato paste and the remaining ingredients and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the Miltona Mini Bowties immediately with the sauce and some grated Parmesan on top.
