Miltona Mini Bowties with Ravjul Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon tomato pasta
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 table spoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove

Method

  1. Slice the garlic thinly and cook in the olive oil for a few minutes until soft.
  2. Slowly add the tomato paste and the remaining ingredients and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve the Miltona Mini Bowties immediately with the sauce and some grated Parmesan on top.
