Ingredients
- 4 Magnum Double Sunlover
- 2 mangoes
- 25 g sugar
- 50 ml water
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 ml heavy cream
- Dried coconut flakes
- Dried shredded coconut
- Yellow sprinkles
- Fresh coconut bits
Method
- Mango puree:Cut one and a half mango into cubes. Add into a saucepan with 25 g sugar and 50 ml water. Simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Blend the mangoes into a puree
- White chocolate sauce:On medium heat, add 100 ml heavy cream to a saucepan and simmer. Pour the heavy cream over the white chocolate and stir constantly until smooth.
- Arrange the board & prepare the toppings:Arrange the Sunlover ice cream board by setting up the bowls and plates you’ll be needing for the different toppings. Cut up the remaining of the mango and add it into a bowl. Add the sauces, sprinkles, shredded coconut, coconut flakes and coconut bits into separate bowls.
- Assembling:Open your Magnum Double Sunlover ice creams and get started creating your own Sunlover Magnum with your favourite toppings!
