Ingredients
- 1Magnum white & cookies
- 100 g dark chocolate, suitable for baking
- 100 g butter
- Raspberries
- 35 g plain flour
- 65 g icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- Fresh mint
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 °C
- Melt chocolate and butter over a water bath
- Mix icing sugar and flour together in a bowl, add the eggs one by one while stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps. Finally add the melted chocolate mixture
- Pour mixture in 3 small bowls
- Bake the chocolate pudding for 8-10 minutes depending on the oven
