Frozen Raspberry Yogurt
Ingredients
- 300g Asiago Frozen Raspberries
- 150g Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 1 packet Walkers Shortbread Highlanders
Method
- Place the yogurt, frozen berries and runny honey into a food processor and blitz together until smooth.
- Place into a container and freeze till firm.
- Serve in cocktail glasses with the shortbread rounds and fresh mint leaves.
