Frozen Raspberry Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 300g Asiago Frozen Raspberries
  • 150g Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 packet Walkers Shortbread Highlanders 

Method

  1. Place the yogurt, frozen berries and runny honey into a food processor and blitz together until smooth.
  2. Place into a container and freeze till firm.
  3. Serve in cocktail glasses with the shortbread rounds and fresh mint leaves.
