Christmas Chestnut Hummous

Ingredients
- 250g roasted chestnuts
- 125ml tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- 125ml water
- juice of a lemon
- 5 sage leaves
- 60ml Olitalia extra virgin olive oil
Method
- In a food processor, blitz the chestnut until they form a fine powder.
- Once a powder, add in the other ingredients, and blitz until smooth.
- Put in a container and serve!
This makes a very smooth hummous, if you prefer a chunkier and more textured hummous, then blitz the chestnuts at the same time as the other ingredients. This will leave some bigger chestnut chunks.
