Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 tub pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 tub  Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream 465ml
  • Your favourite toppings, such as sweet bits, pretzels, cookie dough pieces and nuts
  • Chocolate drizzle sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan) / 170°C (conventional) / Gas Mark 3. Press the pre-made cookie dough into the bottom of a 25cm (10”) springform tin. Bake for 13–15 minutes, until cooked through but still soft.
  2. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then gently press down the centre with a non-stick 20cm (8”) plate to create a raised crust around the edge.
  3. Let the cookie base cool for at least an hour.
  4. Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
  5. Scoop the softened ice cream onto the cookie base, spreading it evenly within the 20cm (8”) indent.
  6. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Remove from the freezer, then carefully take the cookie pizza out of the springform tin. Add your chosen toppings and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
