Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 tub pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 tub Ben & Jerry’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream 465ml
- Your favourite toppings, such as sweet bits, pretzels, cookie dough pieces and nuts
- Chocolate drizzle sauce
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan) / 170°C (conventional) / Gas Mark 3. Press the pre-made cookie dough into the bottom of a 25cm (10”) springform tin. Bake for 13–15 minutes, until cooked through but still soft.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then gently press down the centre with a non-stick 20cm (8”) plate to create a raised crust around the edge.
- Let the cookie base cool for at least an hour.
- Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
- Scoop the softened ice cream onto the cookie base, spreading it evenly within the 20cm (8”) indent.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
- Remove from the freezer, then carefully take the cookie pizza out of the springform tin. Add your chosen toppings and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Slice and enjoy!
