Ingredients

  • 2 digestive or rich tea biscuits
  • 70ml of milk
  • 100ml no added sugar yoghurt-plain or fruit
  • 1x Ella’s Kitchen Apples Apples Apples Pouch
  • 5 x blackberries

Method

  1. Soak the biscuits in milk until they form a paste.
  2. Add the yoghurt + fruit.
  3. Blend until it forms a smooth texture
