1. Prepare your favourite brownie recipe and allow to cool completely. Using a round cookie cutter roughly the same diameter as your Ben & Jerry’s tub, cut your brownies into circles. (Flavour Guru pro tip: Freeze the brownie circles before continuing for best results!)
2. Turn your tub on its side. (We suggest flavour name up, so you don’t forget how awesome it’s going to be.) Hold the tub firmly and slice it to make ice cream discs. You can make it as thin or as thick as you like.
3. Put your ice cream slice on top of one brownie circle, then top with the second brownie circle. Carefully remove the tub wrapper.
4. Enjoy!
