Baked Potatoes stuffed with Cheddar, Bacon & Chives
Ingredients
- 6 baking potatoes
- 100g bacon
- 100g butter
- 100g Emborg Red Cheddar & 50g for topping
- 4tbsp soured cream
- 1tbsp chopped chives
Method
- Pre heat the oven at 220C.
- Wash the potatoes, sprinkle with salt and bake for one hour.
- Fry the bacon until crisp.
- When the potatoes are cooked, remove the top of each potato and carve out the insides.
- Put the potato insides with the butter, cheese and sour cheese. Mix well. Then add the bacon and the chives to the mixture. Add salt according to preference.
- Stuff the potatoes with the mixture. Top with the additional cheddar cheese.
- Grill for 10 minutes until golden brown.
