Unoli Pure Sunflower Oil is extracted from sunflower seeds. It is a very stable oil with a long shelf life and without hydrogenation.
Sunflower oil is light in taste and appearance and supplies more Vitamin E than any other vegetable oil. It is a combination of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with low saturated fat levels.
Sunflower Oil is a general purpose oil often used for the preparation of dressings for salads and raw vegetables, marinades, mayonnaise and diet-margarine. It can also be used for shallow frying, pastry making and baking.
