It boasts tropical aromas such as peach, pineapple and hints of banana which combine exquisitely with sweet vanilla notes. The fresh-fruit sensation on the palate is enhanced by the wine’s perfect acidity, which balances sweetness and gives a long pleasing finish.
This wine pairs well with chicken, pork, duck, game birds and pastas. Serve at 10-12°C.
