Intense ruby red colour, enveloping sensations of berries, black pepper and balsamic notes. Lively, with good acidity and persistence from the fine, harmonious tannis. Ideal with salted fish, duck, red meat, game and fowl. Aged for 16-18 months in an oak barrel.
