Pirovano Merlot IGT is a North Italian wine made with Merlot grapes. It is ruby red in colour with violet reflexes and notes of berries, liquorice and spices. Its taste is full-bodied, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste and soft tannins.
It pairs well with Roasted and stewed meat, chicken, rabbit and semi-aged cheese. Alcohol volume 11.5%. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
