Directions
Place the product on a baking tray without thawing with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Then, put it in a hot convection oven at 180 °C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 8 minutes.
Pour the product in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil without thawing. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes keeping the lid on.
Microwave
Pour 125 g of product into a microwave-safe container without thawing. Close with a lid and microwave at 800 watts for 3 minutes.
