Vegetables in varying proportions 50% (zucchini, aubergines, cauliflowers), water, corn flour, sunflower seed oil, wheat flour, wheat starch , salt, paprika, turmeric.
May contain traces of eggs , milk and derivatives, mustard and soy .
Directions
Arrange the frozen Tris Panato in a single layer on a baking sheet with baking paper. Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 210-220°C and cook for 14 minutes. Turn the vegetables once halfway through cooking.
Arrange the frozen Tris Panato in a single layer in a non-stick pan with the addition of a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring often to brown evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°. Arrange the Tris Panato in the basket in a single layer to ensure good air circulation. Cook for 12/14 minutes until golden brown. Turn the vegetables once halfway through cooking.
