Description
Ingredients
Aubergines 50%, WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, WHEAT starch, water, salt, brewer’s yeast, paprika, turmeric. May contain traces of MUSTARD, EGG, SOY and MILK.
Directions
Place the product on a baking tray without thawing. Then, put it in a hot convection oven at 200°C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and cook for 12 minutes.
Pour the frozen product in hot oil 175°C, fry for 4 minutes until it, golden and crispy, drain and pat dry with kitchen paper. Season with salt and serve.
