Mezza Corona Castel Pietra Pinot Grigio is produced with grapes from vineyards along the Adige and Noce river. The grapes are strictly hand picked and delivered to the winery within a few hours. Here they are selected and then gently pressed.
The wine is of a straw yellow colour. On the nose it is pleasant, delicate and fruity with a floral hint of chamomile. Its flavour is dry, elegant and delicate.
Excellent with appetisers, vegetables, white meats, poultry and fish. Alcohol volume: 12%. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
