Zanetti Mascarpone is a mild, soft Italian cream cheese. Mascarpone is a very versatile cheese that goes well in both savoury and sweet dishes. It can be used to add creaminess to pasta, risotto and soups or sweetened and used instead of cream with cakes and fruit.
