Knorr Risotteria Funghi is an easy to prepare risotto with plenty of flavour. Made with 100% Italian rice and from sustainable agriculture.

Pour a bag of risotto into 500 ml of cold water, bring to a boil then continue to cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Then cover and let stand for a minute, over low heat. You can add a knob of butter and grated Parmesan.
