Isle of Harris Hearach Whisky
As malted barley, yeast and local water, the softest of any Scottish distillery, is committed to the best ex-bourbon casks and sherry butts, the influence of people, place and environment will set ‘The Hearach’ Single Malt apart, creating a distinctive single malt, imbued with character, complexity and balance.
The Hearach is a mix of 64% Buffalo Trace and 21% Heaven Hill American oak first-fill bourbon barrels, 11% European oak ex-Oloroso and 4%European oak ex-Fino butts.
