Bright pale gold with silvery highlights. On the nose the initial impression is very exotic (mango, passion fruit). After short aeration, notes of basil appear, accompanied by aromas of grated coconut and vanilla. A lovely freshness on the nose and a rich bouquet of citrus fruit and rhubarb. On the palate an immediate flavour of fresh citrus. The palate offers a very precise balance with a fleshy structure, typical of flint soils. The middle palate develops aromas of rare complexity: grapefruit, lime, yuzu, bergamot. A majestic finish, saline with vanilla notes.
