Olitalia Balsamic Vinegar is a low-density balsamic vinegar with a bittersweet flavour, somewhat on the sour side, with hints of wood.
Olitalia Balsamic Vinegar is aged for two months in sessile oak barrels. It is made from concentrated grape must, wine vinegar and a touch of caramel colouring.
Ingredients:
