This cheese is made using pasteurised milk of different animal origins and time-tested methodologies acquired from the recipe books of our forefathers combined with the latest technology and best-practice standards in dairy production.
Gobon Tan-Nar Bil-Bzar is made from a mixture of pasteurised cow’s and goat’s milk, flavoured with pepper.
