Limunì Limoncello del Sud is obtained from infusion of untreated lemon peel, matured under the hot sun of Calabria.

The lemons used in this liqueur come from farms located near the Caffo Distillery and are processed on the same day of harvest. To obtain Limunì Limoncello only the most aromatic part of the fruit, that is the yellow part of the rind (epicarp) is used. It is infused in neutral alcohol.
